In Rovies apart from the big beach that unfolds in big extent, there are beautiful little gulfs that are offered for swimming, fishing and rest in the summer sun.

Near the factory of paper mill and all the way to the small torrent called "River", there are enough beaches that will satisfy even the most demanding customer.

Beaches of North Evian Gulf

The sea of Evian Gulf, almost always, is serenely, something that gives the possibility to the visitor to enjoy the sea all the time by swimming in the early morning or late at night.

Rovies

In Rovies apart from the big beach that unfolds in big extent, there are beautiful little gulfs that are offered for swimming, fishing and rest in the summer sun. At the begging of the coast there are pebbles, but as its clear blue waters deepen smoothly, you will find the gold sand. Along the beach, there are taverns and beach bars where you can relax and enjoy drinks, coffee, seafood or local meats.
One of the most famous beaches in Rovies, is the beach of Iraklis. Iraklis is on the way from Limni to Rovies, right before the entrance to the village. It is an enormous extent beach with fine pebbles and splendidly crystal light blue waters. On this beach many tourists do free camping. On one side of the beach, you will find a beach bar- restaurant serving food and drinks with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Limni

Kochyli beach

Kochyli beach is located just outside the graphic seaside village of Limni. The sea is calm with fine pebbles and clear blue waters. On this beach visitors can find several beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Galataki

Leontio-Glyfa beaches are located below the Monastery Of Galataki and are secluded.

Ilia

Ilia beach is beautiful and calm, has fine pebbles and thermal springs, where the water comes out at 55 degrees Celsium.

Agios Nikolaos - Aidipsos

Sandy beach with taverns and restaurants next to the wave.

Porto Peuko

Beach surrounded by pine trees with golden sand and blue waters that deepen smoothly. On this beach, there is a beach bar with beach amenities.

Xrisi Akti

A golden, sandy beach near the club Med, Gregolimano. Xrisi Akti is an impressive beach with calm waters, sand, pine trees and beach bar. It is a meeting place for young tourists in the region.

Lichadonisia

Known as the “Greek Seycheles”, the handful of small islets across from the seaside town of Lihada, they are a unique compilation of blue and green. The immerse natural beauty of Lichadonisia is located northwest of Evia between the Maliakos and the Northern Evian Gulf. LIchadonisia consists of six small islands, the largest of these is called Manolia and the second is called Stroggilli. Boats from Kavos, which is 4 km away from the port of Ag.Georgios(Lichada), guide you to unique Lichadonisia. On this beautiful tour, you can see the Lighthouse of Stroggilli, old stone abandoned houses, the wreck of 1943, and seals.

Nisiotissa

Beach which is located in the strait of Artemision, with a view on an island and on the top of it, there are ruins of an ancient tower. Waters are clear and the beach is sandy with tall palm trees. On one side of the beach there is a beach bar with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Beaches of Aegean sea

Agios Nikolaos - Ellinika beach

A beautiful and tranquil beach with fine pebbles, sand and shallow waters. In the center of the natural bay there is an island with the Church of Agios Nikolaos that you can visit and swim up there.

Psaropouli - Vasilika

Psaropouli is an endless 5 Km beach with fine pebbles and crystal waters. On this beach you can find everything for all tastes, such as sunbeds and beach bars to one end as to lonely at the other end.

Agia Anna beach

The beach of Agia Anna is the longest beach of Evia, about 9 km. The sea is deep, the bottom is sandy and the beach has sand and pebbles. It is organized in several places with a lot of beach bars, tavernas and ouzeries. If you wish something more serene, you can look for Mikro Sarakiniko and the Cape of Saint Vasilios.
